Global Trigger Tool (GTT) Resource Description

Below is a compendium of resources that have been developed by Florida Hospital (FH), or adapted from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), in Florida Hospital's implementation of the Global Trigger Tool (GTT). These resources are available for anyone to use "as is" or to modify to suit to the organization's environment. They will be regularly updated, based on feedback from outside organizations and on internal FH deployment. Click on the documents below to download.

Summary Form

Description
