On January 28-29, 2008, The Leapfrog Group sponsored a two-day conference on The Future of Hospital Governance and on quality and quality improvement.
TMIT has been collaborating with The Leapfrog Group since 2001 as a technical advisor and is leading the development and refinement of Leapfrog National Quality Forum Safe Practices survey through 2008. TMIT is pursuing research on the impact of the Safe Practices, and will be interviewing all the hospitals that publicly responded to The Leapfrog Group survey as part of that research.
