HP2 is Now Released
The High Performer Program (HP2) Survey is available for organizations that are interested in measuring their performance improvement programs against the NQF-Endorsed® Safe Practices for Better Healthcare. Organizations may use the HP2 Survey Simulator for internal use, and at their option report publicly on TMIT's website.
TMIT has made available unique resources for its test bed hospitals, including a Survey Simulator that allows organizations to test-drive the Leapfrog Group Quality Survey. The Survey addresses 17 of the 34 National Quality Forum (NQF) Safe Practices.
